St. John's Parent-Teacher Guild Mission and Purpose

 

The purpose of the PTG is to work for the advancement of Catholic Education to the Children of St. John the Baptist School, and to promote Parent/Teacher activities for the welfare of the children, to enhance the parents' knowledge and teacher's roles in the education of the children by (a) increasing their knowledge of education and it process (b) increase their mutual understanding of child development and (c) provide opportunities to work together for the good of the child in a Catholic setting.

The PTG is sincerely grateful to everyone who generously contributes their time and talents to assist in the many volunteer programs that greatly enhance our school.  Each parent is asked to consider his/her responsibility to be an activity participant in these programs.
