Mrs.
Lina Zwastetzky - Grade Eight
Mrs. Zwastetzky received a B.S. in
Education from the University of Pittsburgh in April of 2004 after
completing the Professional-Year program. She also has 18 credits towards
her Masters in Education. Mrs. Zwastetzky returned to school in 2000 after
working for 5 years in the Public Relation area of a nation wide company.
She also holds a degree in Communication/Journalism from the University of
Pittsburgh that she earned in 1995. Prior to coming to St. John's, Mrs.
Zwastetzky student-taught and was a long-term substitute in the Franklin
Regional School District. Mrs. Zwastetzky is joined at home by her husband
David and their sons, Lucas and Adam. This is Mrs. Zwastetzky’s third year
teaching at St. John the Baptist. She is thrilled about teaching her
favorite subjects, reading and writing, and really enjoys all her students.
Her current teaching assignments
include: 7th and 8th grade language arts and
keyboarding.
